Please follow our Full Moon Party Guide! Click! You will receive an instant booking confirmation as well as another email, including your Ticket Reservation, shortly after your booking! After being piced up at the reception of your selected accommodation and arriving at the pier of departure, please show your Ticket Reservation to the ticket counter! You will then receive your boat ticket!

The return transfer takes place every hour from 01:00 a.m. (earliest return trip) to 05:00 a.m. (latest return trip), but the range differ depending on your chosen timetable! All you have to do is to show your boat ticket at the pier of arrival on Koh Phangan (at the hour of your choice on spot, you don´t need to choose/book the return time before arriving on Koh Phangan!) and then be brought back to your accommodation on Koh Samui! Pick up fee: Pick-ups & Drop-offs from the areas of Hua Thanon, Thong Krut, Taling Ngam, Lipa Noi, Nathon & Bang Por require an extra charge of 500฿ per person.

Last minute change: Any changes regarding your booking details (Your timetable for example) cannot be accepted after your booking due to logistical reasons.

Tricky roads: If the road to your place is a bit too steep or tricky for our vans, we’ll meet you at a nearby alternative spot. If that’s the case, we’ll send you a Google Maps link so you know exactly where to go.

Flexible schedule: To give you the best experience possible, we might tweak the program a bit depending on the weather or traffic conditions on the day.

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before your selected tour date (ToS: § 3).

Cancel for Free: You can cancel your booking for a full refund as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your tour date.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we won't be able to offer a refund, and the full amount will be charged.

Running Late or No-Shows: Please try to be on time! If you miss the group at the meeting point, the tour will still be charged at full price.

Last-Minute Changes: Any changes you make to your booking on the actual day of the tour aren't covered under the free cancellation window.

Weather Issues: If the local authorities cancel activities due to bad weather, we follow their lead regarding refunds and safety.

If You’re Feeling Unwell: If you can't make it due to illness, we’ll need a medical certificate from a local hospital before the tour starts to process a refund.

The Fine Print on Timing: Just a heads-up that our official cut-off time for changes is 11:59 PM (GMT+7), two days before your tour.
