Arrival - To Hotel
You will receive a short booking confirmation by email, that's it. Afterward, you can expect us, on the day and time of your choice, at the exit of the Koh Samui Airport(Meeting Point!). Our driver will already be waiting for you with a sign where your booking name is noted and then guide you to your chosen accommodation. You won't receive a ticket! Please identify yourself to the driver with your passport, if necessary.
Departure - To Airport
You will receive a short booking confirmation by email, that's it. Then you can expect us at the parking lot of your accommodation, on the departure day and time of your choice. We recommend that you choose a time that allows you to reach the Koh Samui Airport 2 hours before your flight departure. You won't receive a ticket! Please identify yourself to the driver with your passport, if necessary.
Good to know
If the driver is not at the airport meeting point when you arrive, please contact us. If necessary, we will send you another driver immediately! - We also ask you to send us a photo of the meeting point (with the time from the landing monitor!) by email!
