Koh Samui Elephant Home Animal Shelter Feeding Activity
This is a feeding-and-observation visit, not a riding experience — you prepare food, feed the elephants, and spend time with them afterward at the Na Mueang shelter. Two hours, ฿900/person, 10:00 pickup. Straightforward if you want elephant contact without the riding-or-not debate — there's no riding offered here at all. Kids under 5 go free; a VIP version (฿2,650) exists if you want a smaller group.
Experience a unique encounter at our hidden elephant sanctuary. Young or old, feeding these rescued giants is a once-in-a-lifetime thrill. After a warm welcome and an intro to our mission, you'll prep and serve a healthy meal to the herd. It’s a rewarding half-day mission where you get to connect with these animals and directly support their well-being.

The tour day
Morning Pick-up
Jump into our comfy AC-minibus around 8:30 AM! We’ll swing by your hotel and head over to the elephant home animal shelter in Na Mueang (South Samui). We’ll pick up some other fellow explorers along the way, so it’s a great time to get into the island mood.
Welcome and Introduction
The elephants at the animal shelter can have a pleasant everyday life. As you will experience for yourself, the muhats and employees of the elephant shelter treat the magnificent pachyderms very lovingly and sensitively. 11:00 AM the project and the process will be explained to you to get ready for the feeding part.
Preparation of the meal
Next, we prepare a very healthy and nutritious meal for the elephants together. You will then have enough time to feed and stroke the animals yourself. It is a unique and unforgettable experience to come so close to an elephant and feed its cold, rough, powerful trunk.
Watch the elephants
As soon as the pachyderms have enjoyed their meal, you can say goodbye to the elephants and take a photo or two. A special day that you and the elephants will surely remember for a long time.
We bring you back
Around 12:00 PM we will drive you safe back to your place. We'll be dropping everyone off one by one along the way, so just sit back and enjoy the ride!

If the road to your place is a bit too steep or tricky for our vans, we’ll meet you at a nearby alternative spot. If that’s the case, we’ll send you a Google Maps link so you know exactly where to go.
