The tour day
Morning Pick-up
The local operator will pick you up in a comfy AC-minibus at the port and then guide you to the elephant shelter in the south of Koh Samui. The driver is waiting for you to arrive, between 10:00 & 10:15 a.m., at the arrival port of Nathon! (Meeting point!) Due to program logistics, you must be at the meeting point on time!
Welcome and Introduction
The elephants at the animal shelter can have a pleasant everyday life. As you will experience for yourself, the muhats and employees of the elephant shelter treat the magnificent pachyderms very lovingly and sensitively. The project and the process will be explained to you to get ready for the feeding part.
Preparation of the meal
Next, we prepare a very healthy and nutritious meal for the elephants together. You will then have enough time to feed and stroke the animals yourself. It is a unique and unforgettable experience to come so close to an elephant and feed its cold, rough, powerful trunk.
Watch the elephants
As soon as the pachyderms have enjoyed their meal, you can also take the time to watch the elephants while they are strolling through the extensive grounds. The elephants need a rest break, which the trained staff pays very careful attention to. If you have any questions, the employees are always at your disposal.
We bring you back
Around 12:00 p.m. we will bring you back to the port of Nathon. Since this is an excursion by our partner, our usual back-to-ship guarantee is void. Of course, our partner always has top priority to bring you back to your ship on time! Don't worry!!

You will receive a booking confirmation per email, which will also serve as your tour ticket!

Cancel rules
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 72 hours before your selected tour date (ToS: § 3).

You can cancel your booking for a full refund as long as you let us know at least 72 hours before your tour date.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, we won't be able to offer a refund, and the full amount will be charged.
Running Late or No-Shows
Please try to be on time! If you miss the group at the meeting point, the tour will still be charged at full price.
Last-Minute Changes
Any changes you make to your booking on the actual day of the tour aren't covered under the free cancellation window.
Weather Issues
If the local authorities cancel activities due to bad weather, we follow their lead regarding refunds and safety.
If You’re Feeling Unwell
If you can't make it due to illness, we’ll need a medical certificate from a local hospital before the tour starts to process a refund.
