The tour day

Morning Pick-up
The local operator will pick you up at the port and then guide you to the the Maenam (North Samui). The driver is waiting for you to arrive, between 10:00 & 10:15 a.m., at the arrival port of Nathon! (Meeting point!) Due to program logistics, you must be at the meeting point on time!
Zipline
After a brief introduction to the high-quality climbing equipment (PETZL) by the trained staff, we go together to the first station. From here it's time to let go and enjoy the thrill. One after the other, the instructor takes care of them from station to station to ensure a safe but funny process until we finish all the 9 adventure cable rides. The zipline is about 1,500 meters long in total and will takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. You will have 30 minutes of relaxation and leisure time after the zipline journey.
We bring you back
Around 12:00 p.m. we will bring you back to the port of Nathon where you will arrive around 1:00 p.m. Since this is an excursion by our partner, our usual back-to-ship guarantee is void. Of course, our partner always has top priority to bring you back to your ship on time! Don't worry!!

Your meeting point

You will receive a booking confirmation per email, which will also serve as your tour ticket!

Please check the given information and show the email to the staff waiting for your arrival, between 10:00 & 10:15, at the meeting point of the Port of Nathon!(Meeting Point!)

Safety first

For safety reasons, pregnant guests and tiny explorers under 5 year old aren’t able to join this specific trip. The minimum age for children to ride alone is 10+ years, from 5 years they can go with the staff. The maximum weight limit allowed is 120 kg.

To give you the best experience possible, we might tweak the program a bit depending on the weather or traffic conditions on the day.

Cancel rules

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 72 hours before your selected tour date (ToS: § 3).

Cancel for Free

You can cancel your booking for a full refund as long as you let us know at least 72 hours before your tour date.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, we won't be able to offer a refund, and the full amount will be charged.

Running Late or No-Shows

Please try to be on time! If you miss the group at the meeting point, the tour will still be charged at full price.

Last-Minute Changes

Any changes you make to your booking on the actual day of the tour aren't covered under the free cancellation window.

Weather Issues

If the local authorities cancel activities due to bad weather, we follow their lead regarding refunds and safety.

If You’re Feeling Unwell

If you can't make it due to illness, we’ll need a medical certificate from a local hospital before the tour starts to process a refund.

Just a heads-up that our official cut-off time for changes is 11:59 PM (GMT+7), four days before your tour.
