You’ll get an instant confirmation as soon as you book!

For your final pick-up time, keep an eye out for a second email, which will arrive by 6:00 PM at the latest, the day before your tour.

If you’re booking last-minute (after 5:30 PM for the next day), we’ll get your pick-up details to you by 9:00 PM. When the van arrives, just show the email to your driver at the main car park of your accommodation.

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before your selected tour date (ToS: § 3).

Cancel for Free: You can cancel your booking for a full refund as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your tour date.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we won't be able to offer a refund, and the full amount will be charged.

Running Late or No-Shows: Please try to be on time! If you miss the group at the meeting point, the tour will still be charged at full price.

Last-Minute Changes: Any changes you make to your booking on the actual day of the tour aren't covered under the free cancellation window.

Weather Issues: If the local authorities cancel activities due to bad weather, we follow their lead regarding refunds and safety.

If You’re Feeling Unwell: If you can't make it due to illness, we’ll need a medical certificate from a local hospital before the tour starts to process a refund.

The Fine Print on Timing: Just a heads-up that our official cut-off time for changes is 11:59 PM (GMT+7), two days before your tour.
